## Who is Krish Raja

Krish Raja is an AI-native commercial strategy leader and the founder of Mindmake. Sixteen years scaling commercial businesses across Microsoft, Nine Entertainment, SingTel and Captify. He now builds the AI systems that run commercial engines in content, media and IP businesses.

## What he does now

- **Mindmake OS**: a 14-agent, 45-workflow autonomous operating system in production, with stack components licensed to three businesses. It runs the business and is the lab the advisory work comes out of. Mindmake branches three ways: Advisory, CTRL as the product, and Content as the editorial channel.
- **Mindmake** (Founder): a capped advisory practice. A small number of engagements a year, from taking one decision apart to rebuilding how a business decides. Sold at themindmaker.ai.
- **CTRL**: a portable, private memory system that keeps an operator's judgment usable across the tools they work in.

## Commercial track record

- **Nine Entertainment**, Head of Data & Automation: grew data and automation revenue from $9M to $61M in three years. Launched 70+ commercial products, including APAC's first authenticated CTV product. Built a $55M automated marketplace from scratch. Ran a $55M P&L at 22% EBITDA.
- **Captify**, Managing Director APAC: built APAC from $0 to $12M ARR in three years at 22% EBITDA, as first hire scaling to an 18-person team.
- **Nexxen (SingTel)**, Head of Platform & Product Strategy APAC: scaled platform revenue from $4M to $38M across twelve markets through two technology M&As.
- **Microsoft UK**: built and deployed automated media campaigns in 2010, years before programmatic had a name.

## Writing and audio

- **Content** (https://live.themindmaker.ai): the Mindmake editorial channel. Two formats. The Money of AI follows the money in a shift and names the mechanism. Building with AI gets to why someone built the thing they built.
- **Signal & Noise** (Executive Host): a podcast with media operators on how AI is reshaping the industry. A secondary endeavour: the work originates in Mindmake and the channel amplifies it, plus guest hosting.
